Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations are accepted from registered users and in writing only, by the submission of the reservation form. The registered user is held responsible for all reservations under his or her username, regardless of who the passenger is. Reservations are considered and confirmed according to the order of their receipt. 

2. Reservations submitted within 72 hours before the intended journey are confirmed according to capacity and the established schedule. Consequently, the company preserves the right to deny service due to lack of capacity. 

3. Modification of a reservation is possible until 72 hours prior to the journey, if it agrees with the established schedule. In case of tight schedule, the company preserves the right to deny modification requests, without charging additional costs. Modifications within 72 hours before journey cost 1.000,- HUF/reservation. 

4. In case of normal shuttle services the company preserves the right to make changes to any previous arrangement and move a passenger's departure time earlier with maximum 1-1,5 hours to accommodate continuously incoming reservations, with the obligation to inform the passenger (via SMS) until 21:00 the day before the journey. If the phone number provided by the customer is not available, and the passenger fails to receive the information, the customer is solely responsible for all resulting problems. 

5. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation is possible free of charge until 72 hours prior to the journey. Within 72 hours before the journey, cancellation costs 5.000,- HUF/person. For cancellations happening within 24 hours of the journey, the whole fare has to be paid as compensation. If the passenger fails to show up at the arranged time and place and is not available at the contacts he or she provided, the company is entitled to the whole fare. If a passenger cancels a booking within 72 hours before the journey without paying any compensation, the company is entitled to enter a legal action and exclude the passenger/registered user from further services. 

6. In case the flight?s arrival time changes because of modification or any other reason, and the customer informs the company at least 24 hours before arrival, modification is possible free of charge, however, the customer has to adapt to the company?s schedule that may vary from the original request, possibly entailing a waiting of maximum 1,5 hours. If the new proposal is not acceptable to the passenger, resulting in his/her cancellation of the journey, reimbursement of the fare is governed by the 72 hours principle detailed above. If the passenger does not arrive due to flight cancellation and the car is already on the way to the airport, the company is entitled to the whole fare. In this case modification free of charge is not an available option. Modification charges depend on the new time agreed on. 

7. The company expects passengers to provide information regarding the amount of luggage. Without this information, transportation of extra luggage is not guaranteed. We do not accept responsibility for any valuables left in the car, and do not accept compensation requests. Lost property is kept by the company for 1 year. 

8. Extra request (transportation of a bicycle, pets, baby buggy etc.) will entail extra costs, if transportation is possible at all. 

9. In case of normal shuttle service, prices contain a maximum of 1,5 hours tolerance. If the driver has to wait more than 1,5 hours for the passenger (and it does not affect the company?s schedule) the passenger is obliged to pay a 1.500,- HUF fee for each hour or portion of hour of waiting until departure. If the given car cannot wait longer than 1,5 hours, transport is provided by the next car that can accommodate the passenger. In this case it is not possible to send a new car. 

10. In case of shuttle service departures from Pécs, 5-10 minute delays can occur regarding the confirmed pick up times. If the passenger fails to turn up at the arranged time and place and is not available at the contacts he or she provided, the car waits maximum 5 minutes before leaving for the sake of the other passengers. In this case the service is fulfilled and the company is entitled to the whole fare paid before or to be paid subsequently. 

11. In case of shuttle service, a maximum 1,5 hour waiting is acceptable at Budapest Airport arrivals due to the fact that passengers of the same shuttle car can arrive with different flights. In case of flight delay, if the company cannot rearrange the cars, the waiting time can be longer. The company is not liable for any delay occurring as a result of flight delay and is not obliged to pay any compensation. 

12. In case of airport arrivals the driver always waits for the passenger in the arrivals terminal with the passengers' name on a board. Since 2 different terminals are working at Budapest Airport (2/A, 2/B) it is possible that the driver is not promptly in the passenger's terminal. In this case the passenger is kindly asked to wait for the driver inside the arrivals terminal. 

13. The company is not responsible for any delay occurring as a result of unforeseen events (accidents, demonstrations, structural repairs, engine failure etc.). To avoid much delay resulting from these situations, we operate with safety routes and replacement cars.

14. The company accepts responsibility for any loss or damage proved to be caused by the company's negligence. Reimbursement is limited to the amount of fare.

15. Reservations submitted in writing and the confirmation sent by the company are considered as a contract.

16. The company may hire subcontractor(s) to perform the contract on its behalf. The company accepts responsibility for the subcontractor(s)?s performance.

17. Requisition of the company?s services is possible only on accepting all the above mentioned terms and conditions. Ignorance of their contents does not exempt from compliance.

18. Children discount is applicable to reservations including two adult passengers. If one adult and one child are travelling, the child will pay the adult price. If one adult travels with more children, one child will pay the adult price, while children discount will be applicable to the other children.
